Arts and Crafts at The Christmas Tree Festival (CTF)
There will be an area of the church with arts and crafts stalls for people from the village.
This will not be a "Craft Fair" in that stalls won't need to be individually manned throughout. They will small displays with participants covering the stalls on a rota for if someone wants to purchase an item.
Space - We have a selection of small spaces available, floor spaces of up to 1.2m x 0.7m to fit a free-standing sloping display boards for pictures, a folding table, a bookcase etc., we cannot provide any of these. There are also cupboard/box tops approx. 1m - 1.5m long by 45cm and 50-110cm high. We have small quantity of floor standing display boards that can be used.
Donation - We ask that you donate a small item you have made to be auctioned or raffled to raise funds for the church, please do this by the 1st of December.
Costs - We ask that 15% of any sales are donated to the church, this is the same as the "crafter of the month" at the village shop.
Who you are - Please attach an A4 sheet to your display to explain who you are and any information you may wish to state about your items along with a contact phone number or email and/or a link and/or QR code to your webpage, FaceBook page etc.
Security - Items are left in the church at your risk. The church will ONLY be open for the CTF on the dates shown below (times to be confirmed), there will ALWAYS be someone in the church when it is open, it will never be open but unattended. It will be LOCKED when closed.
Set-up and Removal - This can be the same dates as the CTF or before the opening on the afternoon of Thursday the 19th, removal can be on closing on the 22nd if you would prefer rather than the 28th and 29th as for the trees.
